Carnitas (slow roasted pork) Shredded beef, ground beef, Al Pastor (Marinated grilled pork with
pineapple) Carne Asada (marinated grilled steak) Tortillas are not our house made product due to
serving time and heating. Tortillas and Proteins are in aluminum pans.
All catering is self serve at this time due to staffing shortage
